Training Course Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition (the "Competition") is open to everyone ("You") subject to paragraph 2 below.
  2. Employees of Clubbercise Limited (“Clubbercise”, “We”) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition.
  3. By entering the Competition you are accepting these terms and conditions.
  4. To enter the Competition, you must add all of the required information into the form available on clubbercise.com
  5. Entries received after the advertised closing date and time will not be considered.
  6. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you give Clubbercise Ltd the right to use your name and/or the name of your organisation in any associated marketing.
  7. By providing your email address and entering this competition you agree to receive relevant email communications from Clubbercise.
  8. The winner will be selected at random
  9. If it is not possible to contact the winner within 5 working days of the Competition closing date the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
  10. The winner’s name may be publicly announced on one or more of the Clubbercise social media channels or in the press.
  11. The person who attends the training course must hold the required pre-requisite qualification(s).
  12. The winner will receive one Clubbercise training course place
  13. All prizes are subject to availability.
  14. Clubbercise reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
  15. The Competition will be governed by English law.
